09:00 | Seventh SpiNNaker Workshop The seventh SpiNNaker training workshop will be held at the Manchester Conference Centre (Sackville Street, Manchester M1 3BB, UK), from the 3rd to the 6th of October, 2017. (SpiNNaker workshop info page on the HBP public website) The workshop will focus on simulation of spiking neural networks using PyNN 0.8 on the SpiNNaker platform. Topics include:
Attendees should have some experience with Python. For the new neuron models and learning rules topics, some background in C is recommended. Attendance is free.
