You will find the room key at the reception. Please note that the reception is closed from 12:00 to 13:30 but is open at night.
The meeting will likely take place in the Salle Alfred Fessard, at the second floor of the Institute Alfred Fessard, building 32/33 in the CNRS Campus of Gif sur Yvette. The building 32/33 is just across the river from the building "Centre de formation - Bat. 31" at the map.

SP 9 Neuromorphic Computing meeting
Venue: Gif-sur-Yvette (near Paris) in France (How to reach Gif-sur-Yvette description.pdf and How to get from the train station to the on-campus hotel)

Gif-sur-Yvette is reachable via RER train from e.g. Paris Nord in about 45 min, from Orly Airport in about 40 min and from Charles de Gaulle Airport in about 90 min. Accommodation is in an on-campus guest house in single rooms with shower and WC at about 80 Euro / night.

This is one of the quarterly "touch base" meetings of the SP9.
